Once you have booked your room with our reservations department, our concierge will contact you via email and telephone to ensure that you are fully informed and have all your questions answered before you arrive in Belize.

This will help you to know about all the activities and services available in mainland Belize and San Pedro, Ambergris Caye plus it will help you to know what to remember and what to bring for your grand Belize vacation. Instead of wasting valuable vacation time once you get here, our concierge will make sure that everything is in order exactly the way you request before you arrive.

This will include information about tours, shopping, diving, nightlife, restaurants, fishing, snorkeling, currency, banking and any other question or concern you may have.
