All interior floors are a combination of marble and porcelain tiles, which create a luxurious look.
All exterior walls are masonry walls and all interior walls are sheetrock.
Bathrooms feature marble floors, walls and top of the line fixtures and mahogany cabinets.
Verandahs have rustic stone floors.
Ceilings are of beautiful exotic woods and feature interesting levels, lighting and decorative mahogany crown moldings. (Ground and first floor, ceiling height 9’-0”)
The third floor features cathedral mahogany ceilings (9’-0” to 12’-0”).
The structure of the building is designed to resist strong hurricane winds, and the windows are also hurricane resistant windows.
